viscoatex 560 對(duì)水相增(zēng)稠爲主(zhǔ)，假塑(sù)型(xíng)強， 防分(fèn)水，防(fáng)沉(chén)降，防流(liú)挂效果佳。viscoatex 560 适用(yòng)于中高(gāo) pvc 塗料，尤其适合用
于拉(lā)毛塗料(liào)及造型塗料， 定(dìng)型效果(guǒ)突出。viscoatex 560 推薦在加(jiā)入乳(rǔ)液後添加(jiā)，分散(sàn)均勻(yún)後注意調整最(zuì)終的(de) ph 值在(zài) 8.5~9.0 之間(jiān)。 氫氧(yǎng)化鈉(nà)溶液、 氨水(shuǐ)或者有(yǒu)機胺(àn)等都可用作 ph 調節(jiē)劑。

貯存
viscoatex 560 會因結(jié)冰而(ér)發生(shēng)不可(kě)逆的改(gǎi)變。其儲(chǔ)存溫度應爲(wèi) 5°c - 40°c，避(bì)免陽(yáng)光直(zhí)射，防止由(yóu)氣(qì)候因素(sù)引起(qǐ)的品(pǐn)質下(xià)降。
打開包裝後(hòu)，使用完(wán)畢應立(lì)即密封。在空氣中敞(chǎng)開，産品表(biǎo)面會(huì)出現結皮(pí)。在上述條(tiáo)件下(xià)，産品應在(zài)交付後 6 個(gè)月内(nèi)使用(yòng)。
在容器(qì)的(de)底部(bù)可能(néng)會出現輕(qīng)微可見的(de)分層(céng)或沉澱，這是正(zhèng)常的，不會(huì)影響(xiǎng)産品(pǐn)的(de)性(xìng)能及(jí)技術(shù)指标(biāo)。如有必要，過濾後使(shǐ)用。

handling & storage
it can be irreversibly altered by frost. it should be protected from the effects of weathering, stored between 5 and 40°c and protected from direct sun exposure. once opened, packaging should be resealed immediately after use. in these conditions, this product should be used within 6 months from delivery.

processing instructions
supplied as a low viscosity liquid emulsion, viscoatex™ 560 is very easy to handle. no predissolution, elimination of lumps or warming is required. viscoatex™ 560 may be used either at the beginning of the formulation or in the pigment grinding or in the finished product to adjust the final viscosity. the ph of the formulated product must be controlled to obtain good performance and
reproducible viscosity.
