Viscoatex 560 是一支環保型丙烯酸堿溶脹增稠劑， 它不含甲醛， APEO，重金屬和溶劑，适用于水性塗料(liào)，膠黏劑，密封膠等領域。Viscoatex 560 推薦(jiàn)添加(jiā)量： 0.1%~1.5%（供應(yīng)形式）。

VISCOATEX 560 對(duì)水相(xiàng)增稠爲主(zhǔ)，假塑型強， 防分水，防沉降，防流(liú)挂效果佳。VISCOATEX 560 适用于中高 PVC 塗料，尤其适合用(yòng)
于拉毛塗料及造型塗料， 定(dìng)型效果突出。VISCOATEX 560 推薦在加(jiā)入乳液後添加(jiā)，分散均(jun1)勻後注意調整最終的 pH 值在 8.5~9.0 之(zhī)間。 氫氧化鈉溶液、 氨水或者有機胺等(děng)都可用作 pH 調節劑(jì)。

貯存
Viscoatex 560 會因結冰而發生不可(kě)逆的改變。其儲(chǔ)存溫度應爲 5°C - 40°C，避免陽(yáng)光直射(shè)，防(fáng)止由氣候(hòu)因素引起的品質下降。
打開包裝後，使用完畢應立即密封。在空氣中敞開，産品表(biǎo)面(miàn)會(huì)出現結皮。在上述條件下，産品應在交付後 6 個月内使用(yòng)。
在容器的底部可能(néng)會出現輕微可見的分層或沉澱，這是正常的，不會影響産品的性能及技術指(zhǐ)标。如有必要，過濾後使(shǐ)用。

Handling & Storage
It can be irreversibly altered by frost. It should be protected from the effects of weathering, stored between 5 and 40°C and protected from direct sun exposure. Once opened, packaging should be resealed immediately after use. In these conditions, this product should be used within 6 months from delivery.

Processing instructions
Supplied as a low viscosity liquid emulsion, VISCOATEX™ 560 is very easy to handle. No predissolution, elimination of lumps or warming is required. VISCOATEX™ 560 may be used either at the beginning of the formulation or in the pigment grinding or in the finished product to adjust the final viscosity. The pH of the formulated product must be controlled to obtain good performance and
reproducible viscosity.
